Pool troubles but great room

The room wasvery comfy and tidy with a good fridge and microwave. Check-in was quick, appreciated after a long drive.

Everything was great, the parking was onsite, the room was neat. The staff were amicable and pleasant people. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfy. A shower and bath sheets was a plus. The location was unbeatable, adjacent to airport, food places, and so many stores.

I greatly enjoyed impressive room here.

Location: the hotel was next to many food places, so many stores and airport. Also, a private university was 3 miles away.

Our experience started poorly with the staff claiming no room was available despite confirming our reservation just an hour before arrival. After waiting, we got a dirty room with a smaller bed than booked. Definitely seek alternative accommodations.

Front desk staff was polite and friendly during my check-in. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The noise level was an issue throughout my stay. I faced disturbances from loud guests and vehicles on the road outside. It was hard to get a good night's sleep with constant sounds interrupting my rest. One highlight was the convenient location near an IHOP.

The location's proximity to a job I needed to finish quickly. Plus, the double bedroom had two beds, which while a bit crammed, suited my needs adequately.

The noise level was a major issue. People walking around and stomping on the floor disrupted my peace throughout the night. I could smell weed in the air most of the time, and my room never received any servicing , forcing me to clean it myself. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told there were no alternatives available, leaving me stuck where I was.

Clean room with friendly front desk staff, but very noisy late at night made it hard to sleep.

Noise levels unacceptable!!! Loud music, stomping children, and conversations at all hours made it impossible to rest. Room cleanliness overlooked, debris littering the parking lot!!! A comfy chair or coffee maker could enhance the experience .

The location was favorable and marvelous, so close to food places, many stores, and the airport. The folks working here were amicable. Climate control and television in our double room were useful during our stay.

This place is like a 3-star hotel but brand new. the staff is super friendly 😊 and the location is amazing, right by lots of restaurants and shops for convenience.
